    This piece combines the romanticism and versatility of a southern-style cast iron Skillet with the easy-to-care-for enameled surface that made the Dutch Oven famous. This means you can create a golden-brown sear on large cuts of meat and  simmer smaller batches of sauce without having to worry about maintaining a seasoning. Plus, you can oven roast up to 580F—80 degrees higher than other French-made brands. Each Skillet features a dark surface that’s optimized for high-heat frying, grilling and searing.
