Thick and Rich
Our Fresh Fig Balsamic Vinegar is a perfect balance of sweet, nutty and tangy richness; its depth is thick and not too acidic. We create a purée from locally sourced figs. We then infuse our barrel aged Balsamic Vinegar with the fresh fig purée to create this delicious blend.
Use as a marinade, mix into salad dressings or create a flavorful dipping sauce. Drizzle over ice cream for a quick dessert, or sprinkle on fresh fruit, or cheese to create a sophisticated appetizer.
